Weekly Photo Challenge – Free Spirit

This week’s Daily Post Weekly Photo Challenge theme is: Free Spirit.

I took this photo in Paris on our first day there. Watching this guy sitting on the Pont des Arts playing a solo chess match while people walked by him seemed to evoke “free spirit” to me.

This second photo is also from Paris at the Centre Pompidou. I feel that the artist must be very free spirited to create such whimsical pieces of art!
