Hurray for short weeks.. it means it’s time for the weekend again! This past week was a fairly quiet one.. so it’s a perfect time to participate in the 24-hr readathon today! Here’s my post of goals and subsequent updates!
This Past Week on Just a Lil’ Lost…
- Two contests still going on right now (and with not that many entries, so chances are high!)
- A hardcover copy of The Exceptionals by Erin Cashman
- and share your best ghost story to win a creepy read of your own!
- Reviews of Rules of Civility by Amor Towles and my latest fave read Zoo by James Patterson
- Also swooned over Brody from Glee in Swoon-Worthy Sundays, and gushed over Arrow in my special TV edition of Waiting on Wednesday
For Review

The Dark Unwinding by Sharon Cameron <– For read & review from publisher in a surprise package!
Magisterium by Jeff Hirsch <– For read & review from publisher, book 2 in surprise package
Undead by Kristi McKay <– Book 3 for read & review from publisher! I chuckled that the cover looks like it’s a scary episode of Glee.. Cheerios cheerleader… in the Arctic… holding a bloody axe.
Alice in Wonderland by Robert Gill <– Graphic novel for read & review from publisher. Looks like an interesting take on the classic story.
Purchased
Picked up these two adorable purses this past week.. and ALMOST bought the new Rick Mercer book, but might wait a bit.. even the ebook is $14 + tax! Have way too much to read right now anyway.. it’s for the best… (is what I keep telling myself)
What did you get this week? Leave your link and I’ll be sure to check it out too!
Thanks for stopping by!

Oh I really want to read Undead! I’m on the waiting list at the library for this one.
Enjoy your books!

Magisterium sounds so awesome!! I didn’t care for Undead, but I know a lot of people really enjoyed it. It was a bit too cheesy and cliche for me, but if you think of it like a cheesy horror flick going into it, it might have better entertainment value. That graphic novel looks really cool too. Can’t wait to see what you think of it.
